Chocolate Crispix Mix
1 (6 ounce) bag chocolate chips
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup peanuts (optional)
6 cups Crispix Cereal
1 cup confectioners' sugar
Melt chocolate and stir in peanut butter (and peanuts if using) until well blended. Gently stir in the cereal.
Place confectioners' sugar in a two gallon storage bag. Add coated cereal, close bag and shake gently until cereal is well coated.

Christmas Goodies
1 pound white chocolate
1 cup small pretzels, broken into small pieces
1 cup pecans, chopped
Melt the chocolate. Stir pretzels and pecans into chocolate and drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.

White Chocolate Party Mix
1 (10 ounce) package pretzel sticks
5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Crispix
2 cups salted, dry roasted peanuts
1 (16 ounce) package plain M&M's
2 (12 ounce) packages vanilla chips
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Heat the vanilla chips and oil. Pour over cereal mix. Stir well. Pour onto wax paper. Break up after it dries.
Makes 5 quarts.

Taco Snack Mix
4 cups assorted shredded wheat and Chex cereals
4 cups small pretzel sticks
4 cups tortilla chips
1 package taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Combine all ingredients except margarine in large bowl, tossing to coat well with seasoning. Drizzle with melted margarine and toss to coat well. Store in an airtight container.
Yields 12 cups.

Candy Corn Rice Krispies Treats
1/2 cup butter
10 cups Rice Krispies
9 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups mixture candy corn and Indian candy corn
3/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
Melt butter and marshmallows; stir until smooth.
In a large bowl, mix Rice Krispies, candy corn and miniature chips together. Add marshmallow mixture to cereal mixture; stir quickly to combine.
Spread on a large buttered pan; press with buttered hands. Refrigerate and cut into squares.

Vanilla Party Mix
2 packages Premiere White Nestle morsels
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
5 cups Cheerios
5 cups Rice Chex
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
10 ounces mini twist pretzels
1 (16 ounce) bag M&Ms
Melt chips and add oil.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Pour melted chip mixture over and toss until well coated. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
For holidays, use seasonal M&Ms.

Trail Mix Bars
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 (250g) package marshmallows
4 to 5 cups plain cereal (honeycomb, alphabits, Rice Krispies, etc.)
1/4 to 1/2 cup each coconut, raisins, nuts (peanuts), sunflower seeds
(shelled), dried fruit (banana chips), craisins, chocolate chips *
* Use your own combo.
Melt margarine and peanut butter until smooth; add marshmallows, stirring until smooth. Stir in cereal and combination of goodies. Press into greased pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Store in an airtight container.

Awesome Energy Bars
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine
1 bag miniature marshmallows
2 1/2 cups Cheerios
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Melt peanut butter, margarine and marshmallows over double boiler.
Place cereals, raisins, peanuts in large bowl. Stir in peanut butter mixture and mix all together. Press into a buttered 13 x 9-inch red pan. Cut into bars, then cool.

People Puppy Chow
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine
12 ounces chocolate chips
1 large box Crispix?
2 1/2 cups confectioners? sugar
Melt peanut butter, margarine and chocolate chips. Pour mixture over large box Crispix?; coat well. In a paper bag put 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar. Add coated cereal. Shake well and pour onto wax paper.
